Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination at checkout. We ship within the continental United States.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships. You may also track orders via your account dashboard.
Returns Policy
At VitaNovaBio, we are committed to providing researchers with the highest quality peptides and research compounds. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return option subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
- Products must be unused and unopened in their original, factory-sealed condition.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.
- Returns on open vials are handled on a situational basis only — please contact us to discuss.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products returned after 30 days from the purchase date
- Opened or used products (except in situational review cases)
- Items marked "Final Sale"
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@vitanovabio.net with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original condition with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the return. VitaNovaBio is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected to confirm it meets the above criteria, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, you must do so within 60 minutes of placing the order or before the item is packed — whichever comes first. After this window, no changes or cancellations can be made. If your order has already shipped, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vitanovabio.net with photos of the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve it, including offering a replacement or refund where applicable at no cost to you.
