Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends ship the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination at checkout. We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.
Returns Policy
Eligible Returns
We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed products within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Research peptides — due to safety regulations and product integrity, all peptide products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products returned after 30 days
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@vitanovabio.net with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vitanovabio.net with photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
