Every product comes with a batch number that you can use to access the corresponding Certificate of Analysis on our website. This confirms purity, potency, and testing results.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. Retain all original packaging as it may be required for review. Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or other remedies at our discretion. Please note that claims resulting from improper handling or ordinary transit variation are not accepted.
